"At first, the menu at this Hubble & Hudson spin off looks limited; salads and burgers. Then you notice that apart from the regular suspects of beef burgers, there is a whole 'alternative' section of very creative sandwiches; tuna, chorizo, chicken, veggie, goat. Goat? Everything's à la carte, so we tried the regular fries and their touted baked and fried potatoes, adding an excellent grapefruit-laden kale salad for greens. Fries were good, but the roast, smashed and fried spuds were studded with salt and delicious! The Vietnamese-style chicken Bun Mi had loads of flavor, but if you can smell the fish sauce, then there is too much of it. Chorizo burger with olives, Marcona almonds and an egg was delicious except the yolk was broken already. The fried smashed baked potato pieces were crispy and salty, and the house-cut fries were OK. They make everything including the bacon themselves, even baking their own regular and Gluten-free bun, some of the best Gluten-free bread we have tried. Servers were new, friendly and enthusiastic. i.e. too chatty! But I forgive their enthusiasm. Table visits by the owner and his chef were nice. I'd go back when in the Woodlands again."
